DESCRIPTION:Riding on the recent victory of State Assembly Bill 857\, PODER and the SF Public Bank Coalition are working with Supervisor Sandy Fewer to make San Francisco the first city in our country to create a public bank. \nOur Board of Supervisors is set to take this historic step\, and we need your support.  Join us on: \nMonday\, January 13th\, 2020\n10AM\nCity Hall\, Room 263 \nA Public Bank would redirect our public funds into investments that serve everyday San Franciscans and the next generation.  That means prioritizing what tenants and workers care about\, such as scaling up 100% affordable housing\, affordable student loan programs\, public infrastructure\, investing in our local enterprises\, financing the transition to zero emissions renewable energy\, and developing sustainable food systems. \nOur communities have fought hard to get us this far\, and we honor the leadership of the justice warriors from OCCUPY to NO DAPL to DIVEST and now SF PUBLIC BANK. \nLet’s take this campaign home! \n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ \nTras la reciente victoria de la ley estatal 857\, PODER y la Coalición en San Francisco por un Banco Publico estamos colaborando con la Supervisora Sandy Fewer para que nuestra ciudad sea la primera en todo el pais de realizar un Banco Publico. \nUn Banco Publico invirtiria nuestro dinero publico en lo que importa a los San Franciscanos y la proxima généracion.  Eso significa priorizar lo que quieren los inquilinos y los trabajadores\, tal como viviendas asequibles\, prestamos para el colegio\, la infrastructura pública\, inversión en nuestros pequeños negocios\, finanzamiento de la energia renovable\, y desarollar systemas de comida sostenibles. \nNuestra Mesa de Superivores esta a punto de tomar este paso histórico y le invitamos que muestra su apoyo.  Unase con nosotros: \nLunes\, 13 de Enero del 2020\n10AM\nLa Alcaldía\, Cuarto 263 \nNuestras comunidades han luchado para llegar a ese punto\, y honramos el liderazgo de los guerrero/as de la justicia desde OCCUPY a NO DAPL a DIVEST y ahora el SF BANCO PUBLICO. \n¡Llevamos ese campaña a casa!
